When will my product be shipped?
When the ordered product is in stock, we will strive to ship the products within 10 days. When you live in Western Europe, we will strive to deliver the products within 7 days.
What are the costs for sending a product?
We don't ask any shipping costs. Free worldwide shipping!
Is it possible to return products?
Absolutely. You will be able to return a product for any reason within 30 days of having received it. You have the right to open the package and check the contents but the product must be returned unused. All original packaging, price labels etc. shall be returned with the product without having been tampered with.
If you return an order, always keep your tracking number and receipts so you have proof of shipment.
Shipping costs will not be refunded, unless there was a mistake in delivery caused by us.

What is included in your warranty?
We are doing everything we can to deliver high-end watches that are perfect in every way. That is why we offer a warranty of 12 months on every product we sell. Included in the warranty is the movement, the dial, hands and the watch case.
These things are not included in the warranty:
- Battery, straps, clasp, sapphire crystal
- Damage resulting from normal wear and tear
- Damage resulting from improper handling or accidents.

I have a problem with my timepiece. What should I do?
In case you receive a watch that has problems, get in touch with us in a timely matter by sending us a mail at [email protected]. When we receive your mail, we will try to find a reasonable solution.
